YCO Cloud will only share your Personal Information with third party strictly in the following situations:

With our contracted service providers, suppliers, and other third-party partners, who act on our behalf and only process your Personal Information in accordance with our prior documented instructions.  By signing up to our website, you agree that the personal information collected by us shall be stored for five (5) years from the sign up date. After which, records shall be disposed of securely. 

 Your personal information may be kept longer than the period that you consented to, when required by relevant law, other relevant rules and regulations and when necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
